My artistic business and www.artavanna.com are currently a hobby business and do not have an organization number.

Payment: The price € 700,- includes shipping in Europe. If you are interested to buy outside of Europe, send me a mail.

When you order something in the online store, you will receive an order confirmation by email. In this email you will find the information you need to transfer the money, using your online bank or Vipps.

Delivery and delivery time: Delivery with the post.

When ordering a photo, the photo is ordered through a firm, to my address. The picture is then numbered and signed and packaged and sent to you. The delivery time can vary, but approx. 2-4 weeks is normal.

You will be sent a tracking number by e-mail when the item is dispatched.

The picture is securely wrapped with corner protectors.

If for some reason you want to return the package, you must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you yourself are responsible if damage occurs or goods disappear during transport. Returns are preferably sent in the original packaging. Returns must first be agreed by e-mail: anna@artavanna.com
